Juliet Millican has combined freelance consultancy work in literacy with a fractional post at a university in the UK. She is currently head of student learning in the Community University partnership programme at the University of Brighton. She has experience of working in North, West and Southern Africa, India and Nepal and has managed capacity building projects in Egypt, Nepal and The Gambia. Her key interests include programme design for adult literacy and experiential and reflective learning.
