Chief Technical Adviser (Adult Literacy) Community Education Programme,

The programme aimed to reduce poverty in three local government areas and among the   Fulani pastoralists in Adamaawa and Taraba States by improving the level of basic education among primary school children and adults, particularly women and girls.

Egypt: ODA Adviser to the Adult Literacy Training Project.

ALTP was a programme of technical to the Government of Egypt to support the mass literacy campaign managed by the General Authority for Adult Literacy (GALAE) which aims to raise levels of literacy, in particular among women. ALTP operated in the Governorates of Qena and Menoufia. (The British Council)
